Cancellations made at least 120 hours (5 days) before the event start time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made between 168 and 120 hours (7 to 5 days) prior to the event may be subject to an administrative fee of up to 50% of the booking cost.
Cancellations made less than 120 hours (5 days) before the event are non-refundable.
Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance. Changes made within 48 hours of the event will incur a $25 handling fee per person, payable in cash at the workshop.

1. Do I need any prior experience to attend the workshop?
No experience is necessary! Our workshop is designed for all skill levels, and our instructors will guide you step by step through the process of creating your mosaic lamp.
2. What’s included in the ticket price?
The ticket price includes all materials needed to create your own mosaic lamp, hands-on instruction, and a cozy experience with Turkish tea, coffee, and sweet treats. You’ll also get to take home your finished lamp at the end of the workshop.
3. Can I bring a friend or partner?
Absolutely! This is a perfect event for couples, friends, or solo participants. If you’re booking as a pair, make sure to secure tickets for both of you in advance, as space is limited.
4. How long does the workshop last?
The workshop typically lasts around 2 to 2.5 hours, allowing plenty of time to design, assemble, and complete your lamp while enjoying the experience.
5. What type of lamp will we be making?
You will be creating a Turkish-style mosaic table lamp with a colorful glass mosaic pattern of your choice. The lamp comes with an electric base and bulb so you can use it right away!
6. What should I wear?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing. Aprons will be provided, but since we’ll be working with small glass pieces and adhesives, avoid wearing anything too delicate.

At this time, we do not allow outside food or beverages, but we will be serving traditional Turkish tea and coffee as part of the experience!
