Return and Refund Policy for Workshops

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for missed or attended workshops. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms.

1. Vera Art Studio uses a ticket model for sales. (similar to cinema, plane or concert tickets.)
2. Please note that once a participant has attended the workshop, no refunds will be issued, and refund requests will not be accepted retroactively. By purchasing a ticket, the participant acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy. The act of attending the workshop constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
   
3. Cancellations made at least 120 hours (5 days) before the event start time will receive a refund, less a 3–5% transaction fee.
4. Cancellations made between 168 and 120 hours (7 to 5 days) prior to the event may be subject to an administrative fee of up to 50% of the booking cost.
5. Cancellations made less than 120 hours (5 days) before the event are non-refundable.
6. Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance. Changes made within 48 hours of the event will incur a $25 handling fee per person, payable in cash at the workshop.
7. I understand that Vera Art Studio operates a no-refund policy. I agree that I am not eligible for a refund once I have attended the workshop, and I also acknowledge that if I fail to attend the workshop for any reason, I am still not entitled to a refund.
