If the workshop attendance is less than four people, we may contact you to reschedule your booking 24 hours before the workshop start.

Cancellations made at least 120 hours (5 days) before the event start time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made between 168 and 120 hours (7 to 5 days) prior to the event may be subject to an administrative fee of up to 50% of the booking cost.
Cancellations made less than 120 hours (5 days) before the event are non-refundable.
Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance. Changes made within 48 hours of the event will incur a $25 handling fee per person, payable in cash at the workshop.

No experience is necessary! Our workshop is designed for all skill levels, and our instructors will guide you step by step through the traditional process of brewing Turkish coffee on sand.

2. What's included in the ticket price?
The ticket price includes all materials and coffee ingredients needed for your brewing session, hands-on instruction, and a cozy experience with Turkish tea, coffee, and sweet treats. You'll also get to enjoy and take home the coffee you brew at the end of the workshop.

3. Can I bring a friend or partner?
Absolutely! This is a perfect event for couples, friends, or solo participants. If you're booking as a pair, make sure to secure tickets for both of you in advance, as space is limited.

4. How long does the workshop last?
The workshop typically lasts 45 to 60 minutes. For team-building or extended private experiences, the session can be stretched to approximately 90 minutes with added cultural storytelling and interactive elements.

5. What do I take home?
You take home the knowledge and experience of brewing authentic Turkish coffee! You'll also receive a small take-home coffee kit so you can recreate the experience at home.

6. What should I wear?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing. Aprons will be provided.

7. Is this event BYOB?
At this time, we do not allow outside food or beverages, but we will be serving traditional Turkish tea and coffee as part of the experience!
